Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to resident onboarding. Conduct pre-admission assessments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility’s services. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate referrals.
- Community Engagement: Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities. Provide tours and information sessions for prospective residents and their families.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of admissions, discharges, and marketing activities. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission process and high-quality care for residents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions and marketing, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
