Haven Health Show Low is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving census growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering community relationships, and coordinating admissions processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing and admissions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase visibility and drive referrals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Respond to and manage inquiries about facility services, providing tours and information as needed.
- Coordinate the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and families.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate admissions documentation.
- Track referral sources and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare marketing and admissions (skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred).
- Strong understanding of the admissions process and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with referral sources and families.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
