About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Lead Pool Service Technician to work in the field at Haven Pool Solutions. As the face of the business, your role is to provide excellent pool repair services for our customers. You will play a key role in keeping our customers happy and ensuring our service standards are upheld. You will have an opportunity to get it on the ground floor of a young and fast-growing, local company with plenty of upside leadership potential and additional compensation if you perform in the role.

Job Responsibilities

· As Lead Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be ensuring our customer’s pools stay running smoothly and our service quality remains top notch (holding technicians accountable, resolving customer issues, performing repairs in a timely manner, etc.). You may also run new customer leads and assist with special repair/remodel projects.

· Assist with pool service as needed (technician sick, new starts, etc.) and perform routine filter cleans.

· Communicate effectively with clients to address their pool care concerns and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

· Must have RAIL license (Residential Appliance Installers License).

· Repair mastery of pool equipment, circuit boards, and proper maintenance practices is a must.

· A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).

· A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

· Ability to engage with customers to provide great service.

· Strong time management, attention to detail, and positive attitude are a must.

· Responsibility, reliability, and flexibility are critical to performance.

· A hunger to learn, help others, and play a critical role as part of a team.
