About the Opportunity
We are hiring a full-time Pool Service Manager to work in the field at Haven Pool Solutions. As the face of the business, your role will be to assist with specialty work like repairs, new starts, green-to-cleans/acid washes, weekly cleaning, filter cleans, remodels. You will have an opportunity to get it on the ground floor and be a key leader of a young and fast-growing, local company with plenty of upside leadership potential and additional compensation if you perform in the role.

Job Responsibilities
· As a Service Manager you must play a pivotal role in helping the company grow, take ownership of the work you are doing, and champion the customer experience.
· Communicate effectively with clients to address their pool care concerns and provide recommendations.

Qualifications
· Strong time management, attention to detail, and positive attitude are a must.
· Knowledge of pool chemicals, water chemistry, pool equipment, and proper maintenance practices is a plus but not required.
· A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
· A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
· Ability to engage with customers to provide great service.
· Responsibility, reliability, and flexibility are critical to performance.
· A hunger to learn, help others, and play a critical role as part of a team.
