Havenview is looking for a marketing professional with the right mixture of initiative, strategic thinking, and creativity, to assist in execution of our multifamily marketing and social media campaigning. A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to learn quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Graphic design utilizing all Adobe platforms. Graphics include, but are not limited to, web-based images, brochures, booklets, large-scale signage, maps, etc.
- Assist in executing thoughtful content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Work closely with Havenview property management team and affiliated property owners to support marketing and branding initiatives.
- Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed.
- Create and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings.
- Creation of email campaigns utilizing MailChimp.
- Update and maintain professional property management profiles and other marketing related material as needed.
- Assist in the execution of internal and client events.
- Assist in maintaining branding across the entire organization.
Position requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products; specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Graphic Design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook).
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
