Position Summary

An Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing long-term client relationships, overseeing sales, and unifying the client journey across all business platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Developing a detailed understanding of our products and services

- Managing accounts and clients within specific verticals and markets

- Conducting site surveys to create a professional scope of work and design plan.

- Proposal presentations and pricing negotiations

- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships

- Travel to cover sales responsibilities in neighboring states.

- Meet and/or exceed aggressive quarterly GP quota.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- Other duties as required by management.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Organized and comfortable with forecasting tools.

- Outstanding presentation skills

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

- Experience with JetBuilt is preferred.

- Capable of understanding and demonstrating technical products and services to clients

- Can operate highly efficiently independently or with teams.

- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where you will wear many hats; motivation and flexibility are necessary.

- Highly motivated with a proven record of selling AV/technology solutions.

Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, and/or a related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

- 2-3 years of sales/account management experience – highly preferable in AV/IT or a similar industry

Language Skills

- Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Reasoning Ability

- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.

- Ability to expertly navigate situations, solve problems, and create structure in a rapidly changing environment.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

- Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
