Haverkamp Investments is an affiliate company of Haverkamp Group. Haverkamp Group is a collection of companies focused on multifamily development, acquisitions, design, construction management, and property management.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Private Placement Agent to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in selling private placement securities in real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in real estate investments, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Capital Raising: Assist in identifying and securing capital from accredited investors, family offices, and institutional investors for real estate projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Help build and maintain relationships with investors, providing them with information about investment opportunities and addressing their initial inquiries.
- Marketing and Sales: Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote real estate investment opportunities and generate new leads. Assist in presenting marketing materials, private placement memorandums, presentations, and investment summaries.
- Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process on issuers and real estate projects to ensure they meet the investment criteria and risk profile of potential investors.
- Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of investment agreements and help facilitate the closing of subscription agreements.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant securities laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with investors.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
- Administration: Perform administrative tasks, include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Series 7 (or 82) and 63 licenses required or ability to obtain.
- Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Office, Teams)

- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) helpful but not required
