We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to sell private placement securities in real estate under the Regulation D 506(c) exemption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in raising capital from accredited investors and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Capital Raising: Identify and secure capital from accredited investors, family offices, institutional investors, and other potential sources for real estate projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing them with detailed information about investment opportunities and addressing their concerns.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate investment opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and present marketing materials, private placement memorandums, presentations, and investment summaries.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on issuers and real estate projects to ensure they meet the investment criteria and risk profile of potential investors.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of investment agreements and facilitate the closing subscription agreements.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant securities laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with investors.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Series 7 (or 82) and 63 licenses required or capable of obtaining.
- CRM Software Experience (we use Juniper Square)
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) helpful but not required
