Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective surveillance skills, and the ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports.
- Participate in training sessions related to conflict management and loss prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Military experience or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
Shifts
- 1700 hours - 0600 hours daily
