You'll manage equipment rentals, assist customers with merchandise and other travel related services as well as ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Rent golf clubs and equipment to customers
- Provide information about golf products and services
- Handle credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the shop is clean and well-stocked
- Assist with tee time bookings and other travel related services
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email , and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide Concierge Style travel related services
Qualifications:
- Must love Hawaii
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Reporting to work as scheduled (on time) is essential
