This position is ideal for someone who loves golf and Hawaii, has strong communication skills and is committed to creating positive experiences through top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties:
- Constantly project a friendly, helpful attitude to all guests
- Process customer reservations and rental agreements accurately
- Address inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive rental experience
- Retail Sales for golf items
- Handle credit card transactions accurately
- Provide Concierge Style travel related services
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
- Assist with the overall upkeep of the shop
Requirements:
- Must love Hawaii
- Reporting to work as scheduled (on time) is essential
- Have a great attitude throughout the whole day / friendly and positive personality
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
New staff will be taught all aspects of golf club rentals and basic maintenance!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 19 per week
