Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical oversight of the center to ensure the delivery of high-quality Cancer care
- Develop, strategize and oversee the development and growth of the Cancer Center
- Work closely with the clinic administration and other key stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of patient care and maintenance of the Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation
- Participate in the monthly Tumor Board meetings
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care resources
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Manage patient’s symptoms and side effects of treatment
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
Education Requirements:
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in specialty
Salary : $850,000
