An ambitious hard working owner of a Real Estate Development, Rental Car, Solar company is looking for an experienced and extremely structured personal executive assistant to help execute all business and personal life tasks
Assistant will be responsible for organizing, documenting processes, and executing all tasks
Tasks can include everything from managing other employee tasks, opening and organizing mail, analyzing real estate deals, tracking timelines and critical tasks on real estate projects, creating processes and systems, picking up supplies, etc
Must be great at multitasking and be extremely structured
