This is a remote job from preferably Utah and you will be helping our company recruit door to door sales reps for the Hawaii market. Must have a strong network into the Door to door sales community. Duties:
-Recruit and send door to door sales reps to Hawaii to sell solar
-Vet recruits and set proper expectations before sending them out to Hawaii
-Communicate with company managers and hit quotas every month
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door to door sales/management/recruiting
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
-Strong integrity and work ethic
Compensation:
Based on experience. Recruiters will be Commission/Override based on a per kW per every install that goes in from the recruiters recruits. Bonus on each recruits first deal and bonuses at different tiers
Closers earn $800-$1100/kW on average in this Hawaii market = $6,400-$8,800/avg sale
