Canine Enrichment Coordinator
Do you love working with animals? The Hawaii Island Humane Society is hiring for our most animal-centric position, Enrichment Coordinator. Canine Enrichment Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily animal care in shelter
- Provides physical exercise, socialization, and enrichment opportunities for dogs in the shelter
- Participates in the HIHS Shelter Dog Playgroup program
- Helping Facilitate the Field Trips for Shelter Dogs program
- Training and supporting Behavior Volunteers using force-free, science based methods
- Promoting a Fear-Free Shelters environment for all shelter animals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
