Mortgage Loan Officer

HME is currently seeking individuals to fill Loan Officer openings in our Hawaii Kai & Ewa Beach offices. We are looking for experienced, hardworking and self-motivated loan officers OR experienced sales professionals looking for a change. We offer an excellent support system from management and in-house processing.

Responsibilities:

 Interview clients to gather information about their unique financial situations, needs and objectives.
 Enter applicant information into loan origination system accurately.
 Evaluate various loan programs and affordable financing plans from a broad range of mortgage options.
 Consult customers and offer benefit analysis to achieve customers financial goals
 Provide exceptional customer service to customers with ongoing communication throughout the entire loan process.
 Follow-up with borrower when additional loan documents are required.
 Achieve and/or exceed production goals.
 Follow up with satisfied clients and potentially earn referrals from them.
 Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required prior to and while performing any duties of a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
 Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume pipeline

Qualifications:

 Must have current active NMLS
 2 years of current Mortgage Loan Originator (experience preferred but not required)
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Master of time management; ability to manage a pipeline while always delivering the highest standard of customer service
 Remain task oriented in a deadline environment

Pay: $50,845.47 - $61,233.25 per year
