```Duties```

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including kitchen, common areas, bedrooms and restrooms

- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Restock supplies and notify management of any inventory needs

- Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair issues

- Train and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality standards are met

- Coordinate work schedule with the manager

- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness

```Experience```

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning or house cleaning

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment

- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail

- Good attitude

- Ability to manage time effectively

- Knowledge of custodial procedures

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We will work around your schedule. Give us the days and times you would prefer to work and we will automatically fit the jobs to your schedule. We supply all the basic supplies - rags, cleansers, vacuum, etc. However, you are responsible for washing the rags that we supply.
