Location : Oahu, Hawaii (Must be able to travel regularly to outer islands)

Duration : Temporary, at least 4 months with potential for extension

Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Technical Trainer for a temporary opportunity with our client in the technical industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training sessions to end-users and administrators, focusing on administration, configuration, and usage of technical solutions.

Requirements :

  • Must reside on Oahu and be able to travel to outer islands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of training experience.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Experience in application support, point of sale, and / or procurement software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation creation skills with an emphasis on user-friendly materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.

Duties :

  • Conduct in-person training for end-users and administrators, both in individual and group settings.
  • Develop expertise in the end-to-end solution and customer work processes to train and support users effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and maintain training assets, including presentations, videos, and other educational materials.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to customize training programs according to specific needs.
  • Document training processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the training lifecycle.
  • Adapt and learn new materials and applications through on-demand courses to stay current with evolving technologies.
  • Cross-train on various aspects of the solution.

    • Candidates must provide their own laptop if hired.

    Pay : $25-$30 / hr
