Technical Trainer

Duration : Temporary, anticipated to last until May 2025

Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Technical Trainer for a temporary opportunity with our client in the technical industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training sessions to end-users and administrators, focusing on administration, configuration, and usage of technical solutions.

Requirements :

Must reside on Oahu and able to travel to outer islands.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3 years of training experience.
3 years of customer service experience.
Proficient in Office 365.
Experience in application support, point of sale, and / or procurement software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation creation skills with an emphasis on user-friendly materials.
Ability to work collaboratively.

Duties :

Conduct in-person trainings for end-users and administrators, both in individual and group settings.

Develop expertise in the end-to-end solution and customer work processes to train and support users effectively.

Collaborate cross-functionally to create and maintain training assets, including presentations, videos, and other educational materials.

Partner with relevant stakeholders to customize training programs according to specific needs.

Document training processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the training lifecycle.

Adapt and learn new materials and applications through on-demand courses to stay current with evolving technologies.

Cross-train on various aspects of the solution.

Location : Oahu, Hawaii (Must be able to travel regularly to outer islands)

Pay : $25-$30 / hr
