Hawaii Zipline Tours: Adventure With Aloha

Location: Located in Honomu HI, which is about 20 minutes north of Hilo.
Position Overview:
The Zipline Tour Guide is the primary interface between the Company and its guests. They must be knowledgeable and skilled at their position and follow all safety protocols. They must also provide excellent customer service and communication to all guests, prospective guests, co-workers, and management. The guide serves as an ambassador of Hawaii and Hawaii Zipline Tours by representing the company and promoting our company values. Help guests enjoy the beauty of Hawaii while guiding them through a zipline adventure and educating them about the Hawaiian flora and fauna. You don't need any zipline experience; all zipline guide training is provided.
POSITION:
Zipline Tour Guide
Hiring for Full and Part-time positions. With on-the-job training, the Zipline Tour Guide position is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors and meeting new people. Applicants must be available during the Summer season June, July and August.
- Guide groups through our 7 zipline course
- Ensure all safety regulations and guidelines are followed
- Educate guests on Hawaii's native plants and culture
- Help guests enjoy Hawaii with an outdoor adventure
- All Training provided; no experience necessary
- Guides complete training, including first aid, CPR, and AED certification
- Guides drive guests in 15-passenger van vehicles
- $16 an hour during training, after training $18 an hour Tips
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license. And have a driver's abstract clear of DUIs and or Reckless Driving.
- Must have decent physical stamina. Must be able to carry and/or pull in at least 60 pounds, able to hike, work in rain or shine, able to stand for long periods
- Hawaii Zipline Tours is a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace
- Reliable; able to be present for scheduled shifts or available for coverage when needed
- A good attitude: have the ability to interact appropriately with a range of different people
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Be able to work as a team
- All candidates must currently be located in Hawaii
- Must be available June, July and August 2025
Applicant MUST be available for the following dates:
- Mandatory Training: May 5th-23rd
- Must be available to work June, July and August 2025

Education and/or Experience
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
1 year experience in a customer service-related field or outdoor tourism environment.
Work Environment: This position will be expected to spend the majority of their workday outside and standing for long periods. Hawaii Zipline Tours is a drug-free workplace.
