Position Summary
Provide administrative support for leadership, management, and professional development training as part of Hawaiian Airlines’ new Learning and Development (L&D) team.

Position Summary
Provide administrative support for leadership, management, and professional development training as part of Hawaiian Airlines’ new Learning and Development (L&D) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Manager:
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and reporting for all L&D programs.
- Coordinate logistics, organize events, and track and report for the delivery of L&D training.
- Create and execute system testing plans for new learning management system (LMS) features and processes.
- Create and run reports, including scheduling reports and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain system data integrity.
- Review and upload courses and resources in an LMS.
- Provide regular feedback to the L&D team to streamline the workflow
- Provide service to subject-matter experts and learners who may require support to achieve their goals.
- Assist in fostering a learning culture within the team and organization to support of Hawaiian Airlines’ mission, vision, and values.
- Act as a role model for positive and effective working relationships with co-workers and outside training consultants.
- Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with HA policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration support for a robust work environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience handling complex schedules, registrations, communications, rosters, evaluations, and event support.
- Experience with LMS, delivery platforms, or tracking and reporting systems for TD/L&D Program participation and completion.
- Deep knowledge of PC-based computer systems (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to interact successfully with multiple levels of management.
- Excellent customer service and support skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly.
- Hawaiian Airlines is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT - regulation, 49 CFR part 40) and all applicants are advised that post-offer and/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted to determine the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opioids, PCP (Phencyclidine), and Amphetamine prior to any offer of employment or transfer into a safety-sensitive position. - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in learning & development, business, or education. A combination of education, training, and experience are acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to analyze the needs of the workplace, associates, work settings, and work processes to assist in designing training solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories, practices, and approaches.
- Knowledge in instructional design methodology including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
