What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Floater full-time (Oahu) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We have a full-time Janitorial Floater position for the island of Oahu. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Janitorial/Custodian experience helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull at least 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
Duties:
- clean common areas (sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, wipe down areas)
- use a ladder to climb up on higher surfaces
- use of a power wash machine
- use of a blower motor machine
- use of a buffer wash machine
**Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle**
Schedule:
- must have open availability (7 days a week)
Compensation:
- $18/per hour
