Maintenance Technician/Janitorial Supervisor (Kakaako)

We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. • Strong organizational skills.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Electrical, mechanical and basic HVAC skills.
• Create and maintain purchase orders.
• Preventative Maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.

The Maintenance/Janitorial Supervisor position located at a Kakaako condominium building. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm

Compensation: $28/per hour
