Spa Coordinator – Join Our ‘Ohana!
We’re looking for enthusiastic, high-energy Spa Coordinators who thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with guests, keeping things running smoothly, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves—because cleaning and laundry are a big part of the job!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every guest with warmth, help them check-in, assist with purchases, and ensure they leave feeling amazing
- Keep the spa spotless—sanitizing spa areas, refreshing treatment rooms, setting up lockers and showers, and ensuring all guest areas are pristine
- Laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels, robes, and linens throughout the day
- Answer phone calls, assist guests with booking appointments, and provide information about services
- Book and process appointments using our spa management system
- Assist therapists and aestheticians by stocking supplies, setting up rooms, and handling behind-the-scenes needs
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High-energy and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, with pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Team-oriented mindset, willing to jump in wherever needed
- Weekend availability, especially on Saturdays and Sundays
- Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs, and staying active throughout your shift
- Willingness to learn and grow—no spa experience needed, we’ll train you!
