Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, performs various administrative and receptionist functions such as semi-repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures: multi-task in a fast-paced environment, adjust priorities to assist with all levels of personnel and communicate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, data entry, and processing mail.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High School Diploma
