Your Mission
As a Junior Account Executive, you will support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients while learning and developing essential sales skills. Your Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in key markets, assisting in prospecting efforts through outreach and networking.
- Support the sales team in developing and executing lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline.
- Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in client meetings and sales calls, gaining exposure to negotiation and closing strategies.
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and improve sales collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Learn and apply best practices in B2B sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques.
- Gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge, particularly within the RegTech and financial services space.
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in financial technology, compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
