Your Mission

As a Junior Account Executive, you will support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients while learning and developing essential sales skills. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in B2B sales within the financial technology sector. You will play a key role in lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement, contributing to the overall success of Hawk’s sales initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in key markets, assisting in prospecting efforts through outreach and networking.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline.
  • Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and sales calls, gaining exposure to negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executives to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and improve sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Learn and apply best practices in B2B sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques.
  • Gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge, particularly within the RegTech and financial services space.

Your Profile

  • 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in financial technology, compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range: $65K - $85K
