Job Title: Digital (Front-End Developer)
Work Authorization: GC-EAD, TN
Location: Hybrid (Vienna, VA; Pensacola, FL; San Diego, FL; Winchester, VA)
UI Expert Requirements:
- Experience with large enterprise codebases and shared stylesheets.
- Expertise with component libraries/design systems.
- Proficient in writing clean, reusable, and accessible HTML and CSS.
- Ability to integrate 3rd-party components into design systems.
Tech Stack:
- CSS/SASS
- Storybook (or similar tools)
Must-Have Skills:
- Angular 10
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Bootstrap and ng-Bootstrap
Responsibilities:
- Develop client-facing features for interactive web applications relying on REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and engineers to build web applications from scratch.
- Write well-structured, maintainable, and performant code.
- Ensure smooth user experiences with fast loading times and responsiveness across devices.
- Utilize CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less for maintainable stylesheets.
- Define, design, and ship new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Debug and optimize web applications using browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
- Manage branches, merge code, and resolve conflicts.
Additional Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with React and Angular 10 .
- Writing test cases using frameworks like Karma and Protractor.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, AWS, and GitHub.
- Expertise in Single Page Applications (SPAs) development.
- Strong experience in integrating APIs and RESTful web services.
- Knowledge of DevOps, including creating configurations, build scripts, and test scripts for CI environments.
- Familiarity with CSS3, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to create reusable and testable Angular modules and components.
- Experience with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, audits, and quality assurance tools.
