Position: Vice President of Operations

Location: Orlando, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and oversee the long-term strategic roadmap for the brand’s growth, ensuring all operational goals align with the company’s broader vision.
• Identify key opportunities for expansion, including new markets and revenue streams, ensuring they resonate with our mission and values.
• Lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies and setting strategic goals for continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence:
• Implement scalable systems across multiple locations to ensure consistency in quality, service, and guest experience.
• Optimize supply chain management and inventory systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Cross-Departmental Leadership:
• Foster collaboration between operations, marketing, finance, and human resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Establish shared KPIs to promote accountability and teamwork.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, inviting ideas from all departments to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CFO to align financial planning with operational objectives.
• Lead efforts to control costs and identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Leadership Development:
• Inspire the team to focus on long-term success beyond daily operations.
• Promote leadership development initiatives to cultivate the next generation of leaders.
• Maintain the organization’s entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging innovation and disciplined execution.
• Growth Management:
• Balance sustainable growth with maintaining quality and brand integrity across all locations.
• Lead the planning and execution of new location openings, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure consistent growth without compromising our culture or guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
