Landscape Laborer/Hardscaper

Our services include commercial & high-end residential grounds/landscape maintenance, landscape construction, compact excavation, hardscape installation and land management services! We are looking for multiple candidates for the 2024 season who want to excel in these fields of work! Basic knowledge of commercial mowing practices and line trimming (more experience the better), knowledge in excavation and hardscape work a plus! Job requirements:
- Must have valid NYS Drivers License
- Must have own ride to shop every morning by 7:20 AM
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
- Must be able to complete expected jobs exceptionally and without supervision
- Must be a team player with a good attitude

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Operation of commercial zero turn mowers, string trimmers and blowers (if help is needed)
- Mulching of beds trimming, weeding, installation of plant material
- Raking, shoveling and sweeping materials
- Debris removal
- Hardscape installations
- Other general labor on installation crews

No experience needed for our laborer positions if you have a strong work ethic, you are willing to learn and work hard, and you are serious about your job.

Additional Compensation:

• Bonuses(based upon performance)
