Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop safe, reliable, and ergonomic systems and machines that meet current OSHA and RIA guidelines, local, and national electrical codes.
- Create detailed technical specifications for projects, equipment, and processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead resource management and support for maintenance personnel and vendors to optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct hands-on programming, debugging, and troubleshooting of various automation equipment to resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing Electrical Engineering or Automation Controls Engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting using Allen Bradley and Texas Instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of motors and controls, and excellent computer and network skills.
- CAD drawing capabilities using AutoCAD and Eplan.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA70, and OSHA codes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competitive salary range $100,000 - $105,000.
