Job Description
As a skilled Electrical Engineer at Hawkins HR Consulting, LLC, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and modifying production equipment, procedures, and processes for cost-effective and efficient operations.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop safe, reliable, and ergonomic systems and machines that meet current OSHA and RIA guidelines, local, and national electrical codes.
• Create detailed technical specifications for projects, equipment, and processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead resource management and support for maintenance personnel and vendors to optimize project outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on programming, debugging, and troubleshooting of various automation equipment to resolve complex issues.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing Electrical Engineering or Automation Controls Engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting using Allen Bradley and Texas Instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of motors and controls, and excellent computer and network skills.
• CAD drawing capabilities using AutoCAD and Eplan.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA70, and OSHA codes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
