Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Spa Manager at Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL. The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing Spa operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting services. This role’s administrative responsibilites will include scheduling of staff and placing orders/inventory control.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in either spa, retail, activties or related field preferred
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
- Scheduling and purchase order skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Certification in Spa Management or related field preferred
- reliable transportation mandatory
