Golf Shop Assistant

Your Role:

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized professional shop environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while finding the leading edge merchandise for members/guests.

• Assist the Head Golf Professional in all merchandise buying for the Club
• Establish customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Handles special orders of apparel, making sure customers are contacted
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the shop floor
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness
• Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
• Participates in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment
• Performs duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
