Front Office Coordinator - Hawley Orthodontics
We're searching for a fun-loving, dedicated ENGLISH/SPANISH speaking FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR to join our Hawley Orthodontics family! Applicants must have an eye for detail, be willing(and happy!) to participate in social media and always be a team player. In addition, applicants must possess a strong computer background and embrace technology to work in our paperless office. We are looking for an outgoing, positive, customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. We are a growing, vibrant orthodontic practice and believe in creating a warm, welcoming enviornment. We have a fanstatic office culture and a great team. Practice hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 5:15pm and Friday 9:00am-1:00pm.
Duties will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, discussing financials and managing a patient recall system. Must be computer proficient, able to multi-task, and have a willingness to learn new skills. Compensation depends upon experience.
