Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager, Vertical Markets to join our team in Holland, MI. As a key member of our Verticals and Market Segments team, you will play a crucial role in influencing, developing, and providing ongoing support to marketing, go-to-market, and ongoing business development efforts for defined vertical markets.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of moderately complex projects, managing resources, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time completion within scope and budget. You will also utilize project management expertise to solve challenges, mentor junior team members, and drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Business/Market Development: Develops and implements business/market development plans for defined vertical segments, including planning and execution of related strategies and programs, to meet growth targets.
- Sales Enablement: Leads cohesive sales and marketing plans, in partnership with Sales and Marketing, for the vertical market, driving the POV, segmentation, and account and portfolio strategies.
- Schedule Management: Schedules, manages, and facilitates Community of Practice Calls for assigned markets.
- Content Creation: Provides and curates content for monthly DASH and Dealer Connect calls.
- Client Success: Seeks to develop and expand client and dealer success stories.
- Market Intelligence: Facilitates market and customer research to inform go-to-market plans and investments.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to ask the right questions and navigate the organization to find the right answers.
- Marketing Communications: Establishes Marketing Communication strategy and requirements, in collaboration with Marketing Communications, including catalogs, price lists, brochures, advertising, and promotion, for successful product marketing.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyzes competitive landscape to ensure Haworth is properly positioned in the market.
- Field Relationship Development: Maintains appropriate field sales, dealer, design, and customer relationships to be continually abreast of market needs and trends.
