Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Program Manager, Vertical Markets to join our team in Holland, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of moderately complex projects, managing resources, budgets, and risks to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Utilize project management expertise to solve challenges, mentor junior team members, and drive project success.
- Influence, develop, and provide ongoing support to marketing, go-to-market, and ongoing business development efforts for defined vertical markets.
- Collaborate with targeted stakeholders across the business to 'connect the dots' for both sales and dealer members, defining strategy and differentiators for key audiences to drive sales performance and growth for vertical markets.
Essential Functions
- Develops and implements business/market development plans for defined vertical segments, including planning and execution of related strategies and programs, to meet growth targets.
- Leads cohesive sales and marketing plans in partnership with Sales and Marketing for the vertical market, driving the POV, segmentation, and account and portfolio strategies.
- Schedules, manages, and facilitates Community of Practice Calls for assigned markets.
- Provides curated content for monthly DASH and Dealer Connect calls.
- Seeks to develop, expand client and dealer success stories.
- Facilitates market and customer research to inform go-to-market plans and investments.
- Establishes Marketing Communication strategy and requirements, in collaboration with Marketing Communications, including catalogs, price lists, brochures, advertising, and promotion, for successful product marketing.
- Analyzes competitive landscape to ensure Haworth is properly positioned in the market.
- Maintains field sales, dealer, design, and customer relationships to stay abreast of market needs and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Two years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Business Development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Haworth experience.
- Experience in Vertical Markets.
- Furniture industry experience.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
