What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Officer position at Hawque Protection Group?
Hawque Protection Group is in search of full-time Armed Security Officers. Candidates MUST _ hold a valid, up-to-date Georgia Blue Card . This is MANDATORY and will be verified before any employment offers._
This role will require 12 - hour shifts. The hours will be in the range of 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (with slight variance depending on the need of the client).

Job Requirements
· Education
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Two-year college equivalency from an accredited college/university; or a combination of academic training and/or experience is preferred
· Experience
o A minimum of 1-3 years of armed security experience is required.
o Demonstrated competency in safe firearms handling, ability to carry/wear firearm and equipment daily
· Certifications
o Must have an up-to-date Georgia Blue Card. This will be verified before any employment offer.
o Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License
o Must have valid Georgia weapons carry license or must have the ability to secure Georgia weapons carry license within 30 days from the hire date
o Must have a clean criminal background
Job Responsibilities
· Secure premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings, and access points.
· Complete reports by recording observations, incidents, surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures
· Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with local, state, and federal regulations
· Respond to emergencies and provide the necessary assistance to employees and clients
· Follow procedures for various initiatives. Including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations
