Compensation :
48,000 - $67,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
The Recreation, Camp, and Sports Manager (RCSM) oversees core business functions of :
- Organize and oversee all youth and adult recreation, camp, and sports programs in HFAC's using our incredible basketball courts, squash courts, pickleball amenities, climbing wall, outdoor areas, and throughout the club.
- This includes project management, program launches, customer service, staff training and more. These areas require working collaboratively with HFAC’s existing teams within company standards.
- We are a midsize company. Leaders work as members of an overall management team. Duties will include hands-on direct communication and interaction with HFAC members, program participants, and / or parents of participants.
- The RCSM is responsible for the care, training, safety, protection, risk management, and supervision of staff and participants.
- The RCSM compiles, documents, and upholds all activities, protocols, and policies for each camp / program / activity type, which are subject to approval. Responsible for all documentation, training, standardization, and implementation of business plans.
Qualifications :
The applicant must have the ability to pass a background check. Must also have the ability / willingness to have a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the business. This position is in-person full-time. The position needs will vary seasonally and include weekend, evening, and holiday work responsibilities.
