We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver Specialist. As a member of our community, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living and medication administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Acting as a shift lead and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated experience in caregiving, preferably with at least one year of experience.
- Completed required medication training or be enrolled in such training.
- Attended other state-mandated education classes.
- A CNA or Home Health Aide certification is preferred but not required.
