Responsibilities
- Create and implement a recreation therapy program that addresses residents' cognitive needs.
- Evaluate and adjust the program regularly to ensure effectiveness.
- Select and procure suitable teaching materials for residents with varying cognitive abilities.
- Track and maintain accurate records of resident attendance and progress.
- Promote classes to residents and their families through effective marketing strategies.
- Offer ongoing education and support to residents, family members, and staff on dementia care and management.
