We're not just looking for anyone – we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant II to join our team. This is a broad-scoped caregiver position with full responsibility for direct resident care.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance, as allowed by state statute.
- Providing orientation and support to new resident assistants.
- Acting as shift lead, as established by community standard.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience as a caregiver, preferably with at least one year of experience.
- Completion of required medication training, or enrollment in such training.
- Completion of other state-required education classes.
- A CNA or Home Health Aide certification, although not required, is preferred.
