Job Summary :

A broad-scoped caregiver position responsible for direct resident care.

Responsibilities :

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance.
Provide orientation and support to new resident assistants.
Act as shift lead as established by community standard.

Requirements :

We are seeking a Resident Assistant II with the following qualifications :

1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver.

Completed or enrolled in specific medication training required by state statute.

Completed other state-required education classes according to statute.

CNA or Home Health Aide preferred.
