Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Hawthorne House, you will work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor residents' needs, ensure treatment and care are conducted according to our facility's procedures, administer medications, and perform other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for residents by assessing and monitoring their needs, administering medications, and performing other related tasks.
• Record residents' medical history, symptoms, and vitals.
• Update resident charts and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Comply with federal, state, and local nursing regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements:

• AS or BS degree in nursing.
• Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
