Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Manage account administration, including new account setup, transfers, contributions, and beneficiary updates.
  • Prepare detailed client reports and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
  • Oversee compliance and licensing requirements for the firm.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations.
  • Assist with investment research, document organization, and client communication.
  • Provide operational support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
