Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, compiling materials, and sending timely follow-ups such as minutes, updates, and reports.
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates across multiple internal systems.
- Deliver outstanding service and support to internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support nonprofit processes with accurate data input and tracking.
- Monitor program expenses, track budgets, and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal departments regarding contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Respond to email inquiries and general outreach with a polished, professional tone.
