Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining candidate tracking reports.
- Manage applicant data entry and assist with correspondence, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and onboarding programs.
- Assist with maintaining recruitment records and generating reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and a positive candidate experience.
- Provide general administrative support, including document organization, invoice processing, and meeting coordination.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in hand. You possess a Bachelor’s degree alongside two to four years of experience supporting a team, ideally in recruitment in a legal, or professional services environment.
- Meticulous. You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communicator. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Flexible. You can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong technical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
