Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Recruiting Assistant with the Washington, DC office of an international Law Firm. Legal Recruiting Assistant Position Summary:
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department of a large Law Firm.
- Assist with the organization and implementation of the Summer Associate Program to include tracking pre-arrival information, drafting arrival notices, scheduling orientation sessions and exit interviews, and assisting in the planning of social events and training programs.
- Assist with all aspects of the on-campus interview process such as registering for on-campus interview programs, resume collection programs, job fairs, maintaining on-campus interview and candidate files, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Prepare summaries of lateral associate and judicial clerk profiles for Partner review.
- Monitor and update applicant information in the recruiting database.
- Maintain legal recruiting database and candidate files.
- Prepare weekly reports for Partners summarizing the current candidate pipeline and recruiting efforts.
Legal Recruiting Assistant Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Available to work additional hours, specifically May through July.
- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Balances competing priorities and works efficiently under the pressure of meeting multiple deadlines.
- A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the role; accepts responsibility and takes initiative.
Salary : $54,000 - $76,000
