Hawthorne is seeking a full-time Social Strategist to support social, influencer, and marketing initiatives. You’ll be working from our headquarters in New York and will be an integral member of our Marketing and Creative teams.

What You’ll Do
- Own social media for the Company including content ideation, planning, creation, posting, and engagement across primary channels (TikTok and Instagram) and other secondary channels
- Own influencer marketing, the ambassador program, and creator partnerships for the Company including sourcing, seeding, content creation, and relationship management
- Quickly identify and adapt relevant social media trends into high reach and engaging content
- Be responsible for hitting social media and influencer Company goals across reach, followers, and engagement
- Help draft strategic and on-brand marketing briefs
- Provide insights and analysis on campaign performance to drive data-driven decision-making
- Support Marketing and Creative teams on both day-to-day initiatives and longer-term campaigns
- Support Marketing and Creative teams with pre-shoot planning and on set
- Support Operations and Retail teams on various initiatives
Who You Are
- College graduate from a 4-year bachelor program
- Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business Administration degrees preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram (in a professional or personal context) required
- Experience creating content on social media preferred
- Experience in influencer marketing preferred
- Basic photo editing knowledge (in app or in Photoshop) preferred
- Enjoy working in fast-paced and collaborative environments
- Highly structured worker with deep sense of ownership
- Naturally proactive in their approach
- A true team player; no task is too small
