Come join the team at the newly opened Regent Restaurant& Bar, situated inside the Brookmere Hotel on the outskirts of SaratogaSprings. We are currently looking for passionate Busser / Runner to join ourintimate team and grow with us as we expand our operations.
This modern French inspired eatery is looking to redefinefine dining, taking a playful twist on some classic dishes and infusing thecuisine with a splash of the Hudson Valley and Upstate New York.
West coast transplant Chef Christopher Smith helms theculinary operations, drawing upon over 2 decades of experience primarily insimilar luxury boutique hotel properties and finer dining establishments in theSeattle and greater Portland areas.

The Brookmere Hotel and Regent Restaurant &Bar, opened in December 2024, situated just a mile from the Saratoga Racetrackand abutting Saratoga National Golf Course. The 10-acre site, formerly known asLongfellows Hotel, Restaurant, and Conference Center is home for the new88-room upper-upscale hotel, full-service Restaurant and Bar with seasonaloutdoor porch, Spa, Banquet facility with 6,000 sq.ft. of meeting and eventspace, and private access to Lake Lonely. Bonacio Construction leads thedevelopment, partnering with Hay Creek Hotels as managing partners.
Compensation : Hourly pay, plus tips.
