Your Role
HR Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Manage benefits, compliance, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Accounting Responsibilities
Oversee payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and general ledger tasks.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of HR and / or accounting experience (hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and financial principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
