The ROLE
- Full-time 40 hours / week based in San Francisco.
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service across our email channels, chat, and social media.
- Optimize systems and technologies to ensure more efficiency within the business.
- Assist with HR, bookkeeping, and sales support.
- Manage office budgets and organize company events.
